Maybe too many changes along with a different formation.
Looked a strong starting line up on paper but given a lesson that half.
Must try and restore some pride second half.
An educational night for the manager who will no doubt learn a bit more about his squad.
Shit happens from time to time and were just not used to being rolled over so easily.
Its how the players respond that matters.

It was a soft penalty in my opinion. But stll can't score. Sums it up really.

Found out tonight. Too many players not on their game.
Always thought that if we are not at it and don't start a game with our no fear high tempo pressing game that brought us so much success last season then we will get a stuffing like we have tonight.
Not too disappointed we haven't had a bad one like this for such a long time and I believe we will get things back on track soon.
Liam Davis has also been a big miss and another old head thats needed when the younger players are losing theirs.
Ryan Dickson being another who maybe could have steadied the ship tonight.
Good chances missed even with such a poor performance though another bloody penalty miss how frustrating is that?
Inquest tomorrow no doubt - little time to lick our wounds - need a big performance on Saturday.

link TUFC match report now out. Certainly wasn’t all one way traffic but can not afford to miss those chances. Good learning experience for a young squad and need to dust ourselves down and get ready for the next one.

link - Post match interview from Johnson. He pulls no punches, it was a poor inept performance where too many were off their game and we couldn’t pass and the ball kept coming back down our throats. The players are in for extra training tomorrow where it is hoped that the video will be embarrassing.
