Early days yet but Robbo and Saah were given the run around by Richards and Zola (how can they afford these players?). Both our CB seemed not to be able to cope with the up and over high balls pumped up by Burton. I think Ling needs to fatten both up for the job!
Merlin O'Kane produced two pieces of magic to set up our goals for Howe, who sold their 'keeper a dummy and an inch perfect pass for Mansells goal.

Ling did identify the central defence area as one of his selection dilemmas and maybe Ellis who is strong in the air and reasonably quick is ideal to counter this threat. I thought Robertson had a good game yesterday. |
