You what? Drunk sponsors again? He didn't have a bad game but Brian Saah was 'our' MOM by a country mile.

Well it's nothing but a rollercoaster ride with Torquay is it !!! All in all a good season with limited resources. Think we will lose Eunan, Ellis and Bobby, heard a rumour Ipswich are after the latter.
So time to draft in a least two strikers, one midfield general and a centre back, and of course a new keeper if Bobby goes. I agree wholeheartedly with the posts above from Petef and James in that the Gods were against us and that we had nothing to threaten them. Our bench was woeful !!
Saah was MOM by a mile !!!
Time to rid ourselves of the deadwood, such as McPhee, Atieno, and the benchwarmers. Also get Danny to play as a winger and attack the fullback. So many times this year when Nico has the ball danny is stationary on the line waiting, he should be bombing on to a through ball, may time to show him the door, if he deosn't get the plot !!!!
Looking forward to the fixtures coming out though, all those local derbies and the nice new stand to enjoy
Congrats to ML, ST and the backroom staff and here's to another up and down, wacky but totally enjoyable season in 2012/13

Time to rid ourselves of the deadwood, such as McPhee Shame it hasn't worked out for Chris - also he has another year to run on his contract, same as Leadbetter(?) and Macklin I think. Unless we have offers etc then we then we will have them in next years squad. I think we'll see minor tinkering. Great if we could get hold of Marlon Pack, what a player.

Wasn't meant to be, great first half when we could have scored 2 or 3 but faded second half. To be fair, we couldn't argue with their second goal. I hope we can keep the core of the squad for next season. I would say Jarvis would be a good addition but would try and off load mcphee, Atenio, macklin and leadbitter. Would love to think that bobby and eunan will stay but think that's unlikely, as long we get good money for them to bolster the squad. Another couple of attacking options to support Rene, maybe we can tempt Bodin back? There are going to be a lot of players out there looking for clubs, I'm ling has a good idea of what he needs next year. Anyway, well done to everybody at the club for a great season, roll on the next!!

Agreed chelstongull, Saah was outstanding last night, as he has been consistently since the turn of the year...

Bobby and Eunan are surely destined for bigger things. As a club and for once we at least had the forethought to get them both under contract so hopefully the player and the club will benefit. I thought Eunan was "on it" particularly in the first half last night. One drag back and shot which was somehow saved was just pure class. Lost his way a little in the second and seemed to be sitting deeper out on the right side when he should have been supporting and nearer Jarvis. Our problem, as always is how do we build a squad to compete at the top. A Eunan or a Bobby O just don't come along every five minutes at our level and when they show promise they will just get snapped up by the bigger fish and all the foundations and building work has to start all over. Realistically we need to build with more established experienced pros who wont attract the attention when we are having some success. The big question for me now is can we improve on the past two seasons of play off finalist and semi finalists the danger is we could take a step back if lose any quality we have and fail to replace with similar. Time will tell and next season will be very interesting and competetive with all three Devon clubs jockeying for the title of "Best team in Devon"

Eunan was my MoM last night, his first touch and all round control with the ball is superb. Getting out of the Pop-Side took quiet a time, why the exit into Marnham Road away end was closed "god-knows".

By my reckoning, Cheltenham had about six clear cut chances over both legs, and took four of them. We had the same number in the home game alone, and took only one.
Surely the immediate requirement for next season is glaringly obvious ?
