Nigel Clough and Nigel Pearson.
The knowledge about Clough was supplied by Jim from Clowne.

Feethams?
It could be.
Nine years now since Darlo departed.

Feethams has been demolished, I believe. Looks too small as well, and I'd have thought it was out of Barty's range (unless of course it's an old photo)
It's probably another non-league one as I don't recognise it

Nay Jim lad. That's Feethams alright. I'm pretty sure I recognise the low cover which used to be over the home end, separating the terrace from the cricket ground behind.
As for Barton, a little bird tells me he is actually North of Darlo tonight...

Feethams it is.
The remaining structure is at the town end of the old ground backing on to the cricket ground.
If you're ever passing through Darlington you can get a decent view of the old place through the fence from the cricket ground.
Indeed, the cricket ground - which I think hosted a number of Durham games before Chester-le-Street was ready - is worth a look in itself. But if you go down the lane, which led to the old away section, you can actually walk direct on to the site without having to climb fences or surmount any obstacles.
It's a jungle with only a few signs that it was ever a football ground. More pictures in a few days.
If you've not been Darlington has a very pleasant town centre that is worth a visit regardless of the Feethams. Will we ever play there again?
Meanwhile, Wildebeeste is correct. North of Darlo tonight for at £15 European night at the Toon.

I actually know B this time. Might be more of a challenge to get the stand name - is it the Leazes End?
In fact, after a bit of Googling (and a helpful hint from the second picture), I've got A as well - it's the home of Washington AFC, who are separate from Washington FC and I believe only have junior teams

It's not the Leazes End. A is north of the Tyne. But you won't get a better view by walking along Cotswold Gardens. Time to ponder Ground C: Attachments:
